Return conditions
Is the product not quite what you had in mind? Sorry, but that can happen.
The product can be returned if it meets the conditions for return.
If you want to return an item, you must indicate this within 14 days.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the product has not been used. If the product has been used, your order is final and cannot be returned. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in its original condition. To exercise this right, please contact us at shop@irradiate.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.”

How can I return?

Please include the following in your email:
- Full name
- Address
- Order number
- Products
- Reason of return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
